Continuing its success in recruiting top talent, Brixton Capital, a vertically integrated owner-operator of retail and multifamily properties, hired Luke Kosters as general counsel.

Kosters has 15 years of legal experience in real estate, finance and business. He is responsible for the legal aspects of Brixton’s business, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development and property management.

Prior to Brixton Capital, Kosters spent 10 years as general counsel for Kelly Investment Group, a San Diego based private equity firm focused on distressed and special situations investments in real estate, operating businesses and debt. 

Kosters is a member of the State Bar of California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Augustana College.
