Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager provides support to our Retail Property Management team. This role assists with the day to day operational and financial management, while helping deliver an exceptional experience to tenants, vendors, and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers across the portfolio
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant service requests and vendor inquiries
- Assist with tenant rent collections
- Collect tenant assignment packages and provide recommendations to the Manager
- Maintain accurate and updated tenant and vendor contact information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience
- Familiarity with leasing concepts, contracts, and industry terminology
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, and online research
- Working knowledge of Yardi is a plus

Managing Director, Capital Markets
Brixton Capital is seeking a Managing Director of Capital Markets to lead the firm’s capital formation, investor relationships, and capital strategy across its retail and multifamily investment platforms. This executive will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and scaling institutional and high-net-worth capital to support the firm’s growth objectives. This role sits at the intersection of investment strategy, investor relations, and capital execution, and will serve as a key partner to the CEO and Investment Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Formation & Investor Origination
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising strategy across high-net-worth individuals (HNW), family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and institutional investors (pensions, endowments, insurance)
- Source and close equity commitments for programmatic JV relationships and deal-specific co-investments
- Build and manage a robust investor pipeline with defined targets and conversion metrics
Investor Relationships & Coverage
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key investors
- Drive investor retention, re-ups, and cross-platform capital allocation
- Translate investment strategy into clear, compelling investor messaging
Capital Strategy & Structuring
- Partner with the CIO and acquisitions teams to align capital strategy with investment pipeline
- Structure JV equity partnerships, preferred equity and structured capital solutions, and fund vehicles and separate accounts
- Optimize cost of capital and capital stack efficiency
Execution & Transaction Management
- Lead equity raises from initial outreach through closing
- Oversee preparation of pitch materials, investment memos and data rooms
- Negotiate key business terms with investors and partners
Platform Development
- Institutionalize Brixton’s capital markets infrastructure, including: CRM systems, investor segmentation strategy, reporting and communication protocols
- Build and manage a capital markets team over time
- Establish scalable processes for repeatable capital raising success
Qualifications
- 12–20+ years of experience in real estate private equity capital raising, investment banking (real estate coverage), placement agent platforms, and institutional asset management
- Demonstrated track record of raising significant capital ($500M–$2B+)
- Deep relationships across family offices, HNW networks and Institutional LPs
