Vice President, Capital Raising
The Vice President of Capital Raising will lead the company’s efforts to secure funding from investors, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives. This role involves developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing investor relations, and overseeing the preparation of financial documents and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of Brixton’s capital raising efforts for real estate investment opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential investors, specifically targeting HNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs.
- Leverage existing network and actively network within the real estate, financial, and wealth management industries to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Possesses a robust, current and demonstrable rolodex of strong relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs.
- Possesses a track record of raising private capital for real estate offerings similar to those offered by Brixton.
- Willing and able to travel as necessary to create personal engagement with investors
Pay Range: $175,000-$225,000 Base Plus Performance Bonus

- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting or reporting, including real estate accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements
Pay Range: $85,000-$105,000

Transaction Coordinator
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization and efficient execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and loan refinances at Brixton Capital. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Under the direction of Brixton’s Transaction Manager, the Transaction Coordinator will assist with every aspect of the transaction process—from contract to closing.
Responsibilities
- Due Diligence Material Management: Audit, organize, and maintain physical and digital due diligence materials for ease of review by internal team members. Prepare electronic data rooms for outside review of materials.
- Preparation of Transaction Summaries/Memos: Prepare and maintain transaction summaries with attention to critical transaction timelines, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure compliance and timely resolution of any issues.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors such as inspectors, appraisers, and escrow and title companies to schedule and coordinate necessary
Qualifications
- High energy and professional personality, comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple or changing priorities without a decrease in efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000
