Leasing Agent
The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing and leasing a portfolio of retail properties located throughout the Western United States (Oregon, Utah, Nevada, and California). The position is ideally suited for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a real estate leasing background, and strong work ethic. This individual should have the desire to be a part of a rapidly expanding company and will work closely with Brixton Capital’s leasing, asset management, property management, acquisitions and accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and identify prospective retail tenants through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and deliver leading reports to senior management, including updates on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and pipeline performance.
- Prepare financial summaries for proposed deals, such as rent roll impacts or TI projects.
- Experience negotiating ground leases and REA’s.
- Draft lease proposals, LOIs, and amendments based on initial negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
- 5+ years of retail leasing, acquisitions, or asset management experience.
- Lease negotiation experience; managing attorneys and reading/negotiating lease documents.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of retail leasing industry and landlord representation, leases and sales contract.

Transaction Coordinator
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization and efficient execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and loan refinances at Brixton Capital. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Under the direction of Brixton’s Transaction Manager, the Transaction Coordinator will assist with every aspect of the transaction process—from contract to closing.
Responsibilities
- Due Diligence Material Management: Audit, organize, and maintain physical and digital due diligence materials for ease of review by internal team members. Prepare electronic data rooms for outside review of materials.
- Preparation of Transaction Summaries/Memos: Prepare and maintain transaction summaries with attention to critical transaction timelines, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure compliance and timely resolution of any issues.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors such as inspectors, appraisers, and escrow and title companies to schedule and coordinate necessary
Qualifications
- High energy and professional personality, comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple or changing priorities without a decrease in efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000

Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analyst performs financial analysis and modeling, primarily for retail assets, and prepares internal presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making. This role will collaborate with acquisitions, financing, and asset management teams while conducting market research and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in quantitative analysis and have a strong understanding of real estate investments.
Responsibilities
- Providing financial and strategic analysis support primarily for the retail team, which includes complex redevelopments
- Gather, process, and synthesize financial data from multiple sources through use of accounting system (Yardi) and Excel; accurately and timely communicate findings to various internal and external stakeholders for critical management decision-making
- Develop and analyze monthly and quarterly reports that identify key operating metrics
Qualifications
- Power Argus User
- 5-7 years’ work experience, preferably in the accounting, finance and/or commercial real estate fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience using advanced excel formulas to aggregate and present data (i.e. INDEX MATCH with multiple criteria, variations of IFS formulas, VLOOKUPS/HLOOKUPS, FILTER functions, and Pivot Tables)
Pay Range: $90,000-130,000
