The Retail Portfolio Manager will collaborate with various teams, focusing on maximizing income and minimizing expenses across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

  • Management of daily operations
  • Oversee physical and fiscal performance of assets
  • Develop cooperative relationships with vendors and tenants
  • Prepare Annual Budgets

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  2. 5 years of property management experience
  3. Knowledge of GAAP
  4. Proficiency in software like Yardi and Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000
