Brixton began as the opportunistic real estate investment vehicle of Brutten Global, the family office of real estate entrepreneur and investor Marc Brutten. Since purchasing his first property in 1978, Brutten has acquired, improved and sold over 50 million square feet of real estate across two continents. He has partnered with many of the largest U.S. institutional investors, including public and corporate pension plans, insurance companies and private equity investors.
Today, Brixton is a thriving real estate investment and management company that owns and manages a roughly $2 billion portfolio of retail and multifamily assets.
