EV Charging Stations

We are exploring the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at our properties to promote sustainable transportation among tenants and visitors.

LED Lighting

We are committed to upgrading our parking lot lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, reducing environmental impact by eliminating excess waste and toxic chemicals. LED lights consume up to 75% less energy and last up to 20 times longer than traditional metal halide lamps.

Responsible Waste Management

By converting our file storage practices to digital document storage we aim to reduce our paper waste by 50%.

Energy Star Appliances
