Rob Taylor - President and Chief Investment Officer



Rob Taylor is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Brixton Capital where he is responsible for the overall operations of the firm, including acquisitions, portfolio optimization, capital markets / fundraising, financing, asset management, and investor relations. He is a key member of Brixton’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Rob has over 25 years of real estate, acquisitions, operations and capital markets experience with a number of private and public platforms.

Prior to joining Brixton Capital, Rob spent over 10 years at Invesco Real Estate, a $100 billion AUM global real estate private equity platform. At Invesco Real Estate, Rob oversaw all strategies for residential investment (Development-Core) in California, Arizona and Colorado. He also oversaw Invesco’s Single-Family Rental “SFR” platform, which includes 6,000 individual homes across 18 markets totaling roughly $2.5 billion in assets under management. Additionally, Rob was responsible for commercial acquisitions, including Retail, Industrial, Office and Life Science properties in Arizona and Colorado. Prior to Invesco Real Estate, Rob worked in a number of acquisitions and capital markets capacities at both KBS Realty Advisors and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Rob earned a Master of Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
