Mark serves as the Multifamily Acquisitions Director at Brixton Capital.  He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing investment transactions. Since joining Brixton in 2021, he has successfully closed over $200 million in multifamily acquisitions.

Prior to his role at Brixton, Mark served as the Vice President of Investments at RedHill Realty Investors, a private real estate firm specializing in value-add and core-plus multifamily investments in the Western U.S., including Texas. At RedHill, Mark worked on over $525 million in transactions totaling the closing of over 1,900 units. Prior to, Mark worked at Eastdil Secured focusing on Debt Placement for multifamily and office properties throughout the West Coast.  His previous role was at Freddie Mac Multifamily where he was focused on the origination and structuring of permanent financing structured as CMBS loans.

Mark holds his real estate license in the state of California and is an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leader’s Council, NMHC Emerging Leaders, and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.
