Luke Kosters

GENERAL COUNSEL

Luke is the General Counsel of Brixton Capital where he leads the legal department and is responsible for the legal aspects of Brixton’s business, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and property management.

Luke has 15 years of legal experience in real estate, finance and business. Prior to Brixton Capital, Luke spent 10 years as General Counsel for Kelly Investment Group, a San Diego based private equity firm focused on distressed and special situations investments in real estate, operating businesses, and debt. 

Luke is a member of the State Bar of California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Augustana College.
