As the Director of Development, Kyle plays a pivotal role in overseeing the progression of projects both in development and under construction. He is heavily involved in the daily operations of Brixton’s regional shopping center assets, with a specialized focus on enhancing the enclosed mall portfolio.

Kyle’s expertise stems from a background in commercial real estate development and management. Before his tenure at Brixton Capital, he was associated with Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX) as the Director of Redevelopment for the West Region. In this capacity, he led several successful redevelopment initiatives for open-air shopping centers. Prior to his role at Brixmor, Kyle was with Brookfield Properties Retail, where he managed the redevelopment of enclosed shopping centers across Northern and Southern California.

Kyle received his bachelor’s degree in Community and Environmental Planning from the University of Washington and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
