DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT

As Director of Asset Management – Multifamily at Brixton Capital, Craig Boone oversees the financial and operational performance of the firm’s multifamily portfolio, spanning value-add repositionings and new-build lease-ups. He partners closely with our third-party property management teams to drive revenue and expense management, leasing performance, and capital improvement execution. Craig also supports Brixton’s Acquisitions and Finance departments by leading construction management efforts across the firm’s multifamily developments and directing all due diligence efforts. He brings more than 17 years of real estate asset management experience to the role.

Prior to joining Brixton Capital in 2021, Craig was at Lument Capital (ORIX Corporation USA), where he managed a nationwide portfolio of mortgage loans and related investments spanning multifamily, healthcare, office, retail, and industrial assets. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years at Hunt Companies, Inc. as an Asset Manager, with direct oversight of a 15,000-unit portfolio valued at more than $1 billion.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics, with minors in Business Administration and Spanish, from The University of Texas at Austin.
