Danielle Ball

DIRECTOR, CAPITAL MARKETS

As the Director of Capital Markets, Danielle is responsible for sourcing and cultivating new capital relationships that support Brixton’s broader acquisition and strategic growth goals.

Prior to joining Brixton Capital, Danielle held investor relations/capital formation leadership roles at several private real estate investment funds, including Mission Driven Finance, IRA Capital, CrowdStreet, and PREP Property Group. Across these organizations, she managed relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors, RIAs, and family offices; developed high-impact fundraising campaigns; and led cross-functional teams responsible for investor operations, communications, and compliance. Danielle began her career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Peak Capital Partners, underwriting and closing over $500 million in multifamily housing transactions before transitioning to JLL as a Capital Markets Associate.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing, graduating cum laude. She also maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 securities licenses and is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
